I have been banking at Carolina Federal Credit Union for more than a year now, and every single person I have come into contact with in person, by telephone or by email has been very friendly, professional, helpful, courteous and down to earth. They are "real" people who actually smile and treat me like a person. Their kindness, respect and willingness to help means so much to me.....especially after experiencing the condescending attitudes at my last bank.
